We've heard reports of embedded (Google Drive located) videos not playing or showing in Rise when used in Safari browser on Mac. We embed this way because it makes captions and .srt files much easier and we can update the videos without having to open and re-export course files in Rise.
I've tried changing the file names, deleting and re-embedding, etc. to no avail. Any thoughts?
Hi Kiley! Sorry to hear that you have problems with your embedded videos from Google Drive. When your users try to play the video, are they getting any error messages? Is the share link to the video set to "Anyone on the Internet with this link can view?"
