I've created an Engage 360 interaction, imported it into Storyline 360, published to Review 360 and inserted it as a Storyline block in Rise 360 duplicating the steps Jen posted in her follow up post for the same issue here. I launch her sample in Chrome and the play button is gone.
In Chrome, with my sample, I am still seeing the gray circled play button, when the Engage Interaction loads. I have a slide placed right before it, with an image to click to next slide, and I'm still getting the play button. This does NOT happen in IE.
Hi there, Lisa. I have a couple of questions for you: Is this happening on mobile devices only, or on desktop as well? Is there audio in the Engage interaction?
We could have a look at your Rise 360 output and test on our end. You can click here to privately share it with us and we'll dig in!
I am having the same problem, however, it's not constant. I play the course and it doesn't show up on the first or second run-through, then shows up on the third.
I do have audio on the slide with the inserted engage content.
Hi Carrie! How are you testing the course? Are you viewing the Rise 360 Share link in a web browser? Or, did you export the course and host it on a web server or LMS?
