Hi there, Simon. The exit course link shouldn't require any extra programming. When you launch your course, does it open in a new browser window, or within the LMS frame? I would first explore if making a change to the launch behavior enables the exit link.
If not, reach out to your LMS support and ask if there are any restrictions about xAPI content instructing a course or window to close. We're happy to help, too!
Hi both - thanks for the replies. I was opening in a new window but once I chose the open in same window option the exit course button started to work.
