Exporting SCORM in Rise

I'm having issues exporting my rise courses.

I keep just getting the exporting error message and this has been going on now for 3 hrs.

have restarted computer, changed browsers with Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Tried on a different computer and same problem. 

is anyone having this problem?
