I can get into Review 360 with no problem, but cannot get into Rise 360. It acts as if it's coming up and then I get a message about how my computer is offline. My entire team is having the same problem.
Hi Sherry - there are many reports of Rise being down. Articulate has commented on several other posts saying they're looking into it. You can also check the articulatestatus.com page for updated info/announcements.
(PS - I don't work for Articulate... just another user who's waiting for Rise to be available again).
Hi, everyone! We've identified the issue and have implemented a fix. Rise 360 courses should now load for all users. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.
