Feature request - Section header

A section header groups together pages.

Pages are shown grouped together in the menu.

But with the menu off / hidden / closed by default (and some people do not open it at all), sections are not obvious.

I'd like an option to show section headers above the page header (since you can't format the header text).

This would give better context to pages with the menu open or closed.
