Can you try outside of IE11? Since it's not supported, that could be the cause of your error message.
If you still see the error in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, could you share one of your image files here with us? I would love to take a look and test it out.

Firefox did work (I was unable to download Chrome with our firewall)
