Font - auto change to course accent colour?

Wondering if there's functionality to auto change text so it matches the course accent colour without needing to go in and change hexcode? Specifically text added from a block template.

For instance - we use a certain text block template for 'instruction' or 'lead-in' text and the text is formatted at a certain size, bold and needs to be changed to match the accent colour. We have a range of 10 possible accent colours, depending on the course. 

It would be awesome if there was a way for that text to auto change (either once added from the block template, or for text already in the course) to the accent colour, rather than having to go in each time.
