Getting kicked out of Rise

Hi All,
At my work, I have flexible working which is great but means that I'm often using this software at home, on my tablet, at my work desktop, or my personal laptop.
This has been fine for a while but recently I've been having issues where Rise just won't save any of my changes.
I've logged out of all of my other browsers. Reset passwords, etc. but to no avail.
Now I can't seem to do anything in Rise as it just seems to reset itself.
Has anyone had the same issue? How have you resolved it?

Hi there Tim!
The beauty of Rise is that you can create courses from anywhere, as long as you're using a laptop or desktop computer with one of these web browsers.
Rise authoring isn't supported from a tablet. Do you notice that the problems seem to creep up when you're using a tablet to work on your course?
