Grey page in preview

Hello,

I'm having trouble in previewing a specific page in a Rise 360 course. It cannot be seen in preview neither when I've shared the link.

I've tested in 2 different computers, 2 different browsers (Chrome and Explorer) and cleaning the cash, but it's still not working.

Note: The content is still visible and editable in edit mode.

Please help!

What Block Types are you using on the page that cannot be viewed?
