Hello, I have tried 5 times to upload an Xlif file from Matecat into Rise. I get no errors, but the file does not upload. I opened a case with Rise and they said that there is a problem with the file.
I must not be the first problem having issues with Matecat. If you use that tool and had problems with the file, how were you able to successful translate the content and upload it into the course? It's driving me crazy. I am stuff with an Xlif file that I can't import.
I followed all the steps as indicated in Rise. The issue is the file itself.
