We recommend adding the following domains to your organization's allowlist for the best experience. At a minimum, you’ll need to allow the highlighted endpoints for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly.

How do I enable/allow the endpoints? i.vimeocdn.com - is it something in my browser settings I need to change?

This is not something you can fix in your browser.
If you work for an organization, provide the link I sent you to your IT group, the networking team in particular.
