My team has successfully used translation files (XLF) to convert English RISE courses into Spanish with little difficulty.
We recently had six courses translated into Hmong (which uses the same characters as English) and have not been able to upload the translated XLF file into RISE. The circle turns, but nothing happens. We've tried this for all six courses with the same result leading us to think that Hmong is not supported in RISE.

As an initial troubleshooting step, let's rule out the possibility that the XLIFF file/s may be incomplete or corrupt. Please try downloading fresh copies of the files and try again.
If downloading fresh copies doesn't work, make sure there aren't any blank sections or lesson titles in your course. All sections and lesson titles have to have content.
