My team is getting ready to introduce our first Rise module on our LMS. We want to start the course with a "How to Navigate a Rise Course" before the user attempts to go into the actual course. Is there a video that has been created for this instance? We would like to link it to the course, or embed the video so that our users understand how to navigate before attempting the course.
Any tip, suggestions, or guidance is much appreciated. :)
Rise offers many ways to customize courses, and most organizations make use of these customization features.
In our case we have changed many of the default settings. We have uploaded our company logo, use custom fonts, and selected a custom corporate color. We have also, changed the navigation options, changed the labels, etc. We also have a distinct visual style that we have applied to our course,
So given the many ways in which a Rise course can be customized, and navigation settings that can be changed (free navigation VS restricted), a video produced by another organization may cause more confusion than clarity as it will most likely not relate at all to what you course looks like or how the navigation works.
