That's generated by the browser when there is media on the first slide. You could create an empty slide with a trigger to jump to the real slide when timeline starts.
Hi there Vrunda! To add to Tom's post, if you're viewing the Storyline block on a mobile device, you'll still see the play button. Mobile devices don't autoplay Storyline blocks and require engagement from the learner before they launch into full screen.
