I realize that it is a Full Width Image Block. But Allison's images in that course are narrower than the images I've added using the Content Library. So I presume that her images are literally that skinny while still being full width. I'm at a loss how she could do that, though.
Thanks for reaching out! I actually didn't use a regular full-width image block here. Instead, I used the Text on image block—which features a more narrow image—and deleted the filler text. That's the trick! :)

That's a Full Width Image Block that was inserted and uses a Content Library image.

The images are going to crop as you make the browser wider so you may see it cropped which makes it look like it's skinny.
If you do want something to look more like that, an image that's 3:1 works well. That's what I usually use for header images.
