Unfortunately, there's not currently a way to force learners to watch a video in a tab before moving onto another tab.
However, if you insert your videos using a video block, you can add a continue block afterward that only allows learners to move forward once they've viewed the video. Here's how that works. If you go that route, I would also make sure to uncheck the "allow forward seeking" option in the block settings so that leaners can't just skip to the end of the video.
