How do I provide user access to a Rise web file on Sharepoint

We want to share the Rise course via our Sharepoint and are having problems working out how to share the course with employees without them having to access the files on Sharepoint, i.e. deep link

We are trying to provide support resources (Rise eLearning) within our CSOD/Cornerstone HRIS Knowledge Library - the instructions we have accessed don't seem to be helping, can you provide some assistance please?
