How do I retain 16:9 dimensions when importing a Storyline block? Sep 24, 2019 By Fay Sicker Hiya, When I import a slide from Storyline with 16:9 dimensions, the slide appears to import into Rise with 4:3 dimensions. i.e. there is a "white box" that appears both above and below the slide. How do I get rid of this?

In addition to what Karl shared, the easiest way to completely hide the Storyline player before you publish to Review 360 is to: Choose the modern player style Turn off the menus and controls Select the light player theme Let us know if that makes a difference!
