Are headers in image & text blocks read or announced as "headers" or a title by screen readers? The generic text in an image & text block has a boldface header or title above the text paragraph. I want to know if screen readers distinguish the boldface text above the plain text paragraph as a title or header. Thank you!

I only tested using NVDA but no, the screen reader did not identify the bold text as a header.
