I would like to create a process block in Rise, but when I created, there is a phrase "step... " always in the top of the block. I saw some work that have process block of images (like the picture below). How can I create a process block that looks like in the picture below? Thanks a lot!
Unfortunately I don't think you can exactly replicate the look you are after, however you can get reasonably close to it. If you go to the Settings option when you edit your Process Block, then click on the Step Label text and press the Space Bar to add a blank space, you will then remove the text "Step" at the top of each image. Unfortunately you can't edit out the number, but that may at least look better for what you are trying to achieve

That image is not a process block that is an image carousel. In the block library choose Gallery>Carousel
