How To Upload Rise Courses to AWS
Mar 13, 2022
I created an AWS account. I created a bucket for my elearning projects to be stored in. I enabled it for static website hosting, then uploaded my rise files I exported for web to the bucket. When I click on the object link for the project I keep getting an error similar to the one below.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>
<RequestId>G69P6R2WSXW291G7</RequestId>
<HostId>rPySwCEXvkCSFPGnADmHdC4ZUzBtH0Okq0HtPb9hOZB4wv7T25fyEq63gEjqeJTDo+nFZzqnBCs=</HostId>
</Error>
I am new to uploading courses to AWS. I would like to have them published outside my company's LMS so I can use share them in my personal portfolio. Any suggestions on steps I should take. I've tried researching different youtube videos and blog articles but am not seeing what I am doing wrong.
Anyone who is use to publishing rise courses to AWS, your input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Hi Sara! Once your Rise 360 web export package is uploaded to AWS, are you viewing the link to the index.html file?
