Image and Text not showing Image when published as a SCORM 1.2

Construction question: I've got an image with text section and I can't get the image to show up when I publish the content as a SCORM 1.2 in Rise 360. I've tried jpeg and png, I've tried having the image screen left vs. screen right, I've tried at 25% magnification and 50% magnification, as well as duplicating the section and deleting the original. I've tried having "expand to full screen when clicked" on vs. off. This is the only part of the course that isn't functioning as it should be. Any thoughts? Screengrabs below.
