Hi, I'm having issues getting images I import into Articulate Rise to remain high resolution and not pixelate (have digital noise) when I set the image to 'full width. I have created images in Illustrator that are very large (4K - 4096 x 1679) and they still pixelate. It seems only the stock images will display and not reduce in image quality. How can I import my own images and not sacrifice the image quality?

Hi Beth,
Make this part of your filename:
_NOPROCESS_
A file named car.png would become car_NOPROCESS_.png.
This will prevent Rise from reducing the image quality.
