Image thumbnails not appearing when searching the Image Content Library (Rise 360)
Jan 13, 2020
Not sure if others experience this issue, but whenever I search the content library when choosing to add an image (within any of the Block options in Rise), after typing in and searching my keyword to find suitable images, only the first 20 to 30 images appear to load correctly and the rest show as the "broken image link" icon (see attached screenshot). It really limits my image choices from the library.
This happens regardless of what keyword I search for. The images themselves can still be selected and added in to the module, however I have no idea what the image is until I've actually selected it and added it to the module.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Many Thanks!
(P.s. I use Google Chrome - should that factor into responses)

Hi Karl,
Thanks for that. I'm assuming looking at the advice from that thread that I need to check the list of Network Endpoints listed and ensure my IT department have them all white-listed?
Ryan, I have no experience with this issue, so I can't add to what's in the article.
That's right, Ryan!
That worked for me. Issue now resolved!
Many thanks!
