I've run into a problem this morning. Images will no longer upload to the course I am working on nor can I swap images out for images from the stock library.
I have tested this on Chrome and Edge on two different computers.
We've identified an outage with Rise 360 where when you try to upload an image, it gets stuck uploading. You can follow our status page for updates by clicking here. I'll also update you here once the situation is resolved. I'm sorry for the trouble!

I have tested with two additional devices. No dice.
Same, tested a new file, duplicated a file. Tested in a number of different browsers no luck.

Yeah - there is a problem here. Tried on all browsers, Mac, and PC, and varied images - just hangs. This needs an urgent address...
Same here - glad to read it's not just me!! But it absolutely needs urgent address, I cannot work on anything this morning as a result

Good news! Rise is back up and running.
You may need to refresh your course or relaunch your browser before uploading your images to your Rise course, and you should be good to go!
