How do we import Rise 360 content from a different account please?
The scenario is that we create content in Rise 360 and are collaborating with a separate company who also use Rise 360 (we have completely separate company accounts). We want to share content between the two companies so we can copy some content that they created into a new course we are working on and don't have to recreate it from scratch.
How do we do that?

From your Rise dashboard, you can send a copy of any Rise course to anyone else with an Articulate 360 license.

If both companies have Articulate Team Accounts, team members can actually share/collaborate on the same Rise source files. Here's more info about that: Collaborative Authoring in Rise 360 - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com)
