We had a new user create a trial account in Rise.com while they were waiting for our procurement system to process the order for a subscription to Rise 360.
They spent some time developing content because we had no idea that Rise.com is completely separate from Rise 360.
Is there a way to transfer their content from the trial Rise.com account to their Rise 360 subscription account?
Since Rise.com is a complete online training system that does not need an external LMS to host and track content, all content created in Rise.com will remain within it.
You can share the course for authoring or viewing with other users inside your Rise.com team, but there isn’t a way to export your courses to Rise 360, or another LMS.
Hi, I have the same problem (I used a free trial version and created a course), but now I have the paid version. I exported the course content into Scorm and raw data files, but I can't see how to import this.
Thanks for sharing how the problem was resolved for you! I'm glad that my teammate Darwin was able to help grant a 7-day retrial to transfer the content.
If you need help with anything else, please let us know here in the E-Learning Heroes Community or privately in a support case. We'll be happy to assist you!

Thanks Hazel, Is it possible to extend the user's Rise.com trial so that we can manually transfer the content?
Hi Michael! Yes, you can request for a trial extension for Rise.com through the Rise Sales Team. You can contact them through this page.

Hi Helene,
Unfortunately you cannot import a course in a SCORM file into Rise as an editable file.
Do you still have access to your trial account?
Thanks, Karl. I have logged a ticket, and they gave me access to the trial
version again to transfer to the course.
