We have a scorm package that was authored with Rise 360 and we're wondering if we can import/upload the package back into Rise to make changes to the course.
Thank-you for your response. When you say "transfer you a copy" is it possible for this to happen if users are working from 2 separate Articulate accounts? And if so, what does this look like?
For succession purposes in big corporations where people change roles frequently, it would be nice to be able to upload Rise SCORM files back into Rise so the next person can just make the edits. What do people do when someone leaves the company?
Thanks for reaching out. I noticed that Karl replied to your other post here! If you have an active Articulate 360 subscription, you'll be able to edit the Rise 360 course, and then republish it.

No you will need to get the author to transfer you a copy.
Hi,
Unfortunately a SCORM output file in ZIP format cannot be imported into Rise for editing and updating.

Hi,
You can ask the owner of the course to email you a copy of the course:

Hi, MaryJo!

Additionally, when someone leaves your team, the admin has the option to transfer the Rise 360 content to another team member. If someone other than the course owner needs to edit the course, the course owner can share a copy, as Karl suggested above, or add another person as a collaborator.
I hope this helps!
