We have a self-authored RISE module where people report inability to complete. Many can complete the module, but once someone gets caught with inability to complete, the learner reports inability to complete despite many attempts.
Is there a way to upload the content confidentially so that only articulate support staff will see the content?

Once you have created a case they will send instructions to you about how to send them a copy of the course.
