Hi Everyone!
So sorry to hear you've run into this snag with Rise 360 content not loading! We are currently tracking a partial outage that has been affecting some Rise 360 users.
In the meantime, as a workaround, please try clearing the cache from your browser. We suggest clearing the cache from the last hour first, or the last twenty-four hours if the issue still persists.

I was using it fine this morning and now it is down for me as well
It's showing a white page for me as well, 6/28/23
Ditto - After using it fine for the past hour, it's down for me as well. Just a white page when try to load the Rise dashboard. Review appears to be working however.
Same for us... the main page is not loading

Down for us. We can access everything except Rise. Did someone accidentally unplug the Rise Machine?? :)
Same here, but the behaviour is inconsistent for us.
For some reason, I can open https://rise.articulate.com/folder/all but my manager can't open that.
We both have a blank page when opening https://rise.articulate.com/.
Perhaps everyone here can try the folder/all link above and see if you get lucky.
it seems to be working for me if I use explorer but not in chrome for some reason
I was able to get in using Explorer (but Chrome is still not working with it).
I've just tried a hard refresh and it appears to be loading again.

I can access with Firefox as well. Problem seems to occur with Chrome only.
I am having this issue in Edge; clearing cache did not work.
I had the issue in Edge; clearing the last hour of cache did work for me.
You may find that the Rise 360 dashboard isn’t loading right now, and course authoring is unavailable. While working to resolve this issue, we have found a workaround that should do the trick! While accessing Rise 360, use the keyboard command CTRL + F5 in Windows or Command R for Mac. This will complete a hard refresh of the webpage. We’ll keep you posted on our progress.
