Good news, all! We've identified the issue and have implemented a fix. Rise 360 courses should now load for all users. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.

Hi Alyssa, same probles as yesterday...Rise doesn't load and say "Your computer is offline".

Hi Crystal, I works again...although it does take some time to open. At first I received a session time out (opening my regular work platform), but the second time it did work.

Opening the (share) link also took some time (about 40-50 secs) to open.
