I created the lessons (titles for now) and when I started adding the blocks, I forgot to separate them into the different lessons. As a result, I have 1 long lesson instead of 3 shorter ones.
How can I move the blocks from lesson 1 into other lessons?

Put a lesson's worth of blocks into a Block Template.
Insert that Block Template into the appropriate lesson.
After you're sure you moved all the correct blocks, go back to the original, long lesson, and delete the unneeded blocks.
