Labeled graphic and other similar options in Rise

Hi All,

For a Rise course, I want to use the image block which will a picture of a table explaining different terms. SME wants to make each term in the table clickable for deeper explanation. After the user reads the discussion, we want to bring back the graphic (table) as a transition between the terms.  This explanation is text heavy over 5-6 bullet points for each term.  I believe, labeling graphics is one way to make this work but I'm not sure about the character limit under labeled graphic for text. Also, is there a way that would help in seamless transition between the explanation and the the image (table)?
