I'm translating a couple of Rise courses from Swedish to Norwegian and the language specific characters ä, ö and å appears as gibberish (äröå). It appears that the problem is not with the CAT tool but with the course files. I have made sure the labels are Swedish but other than that there appears to be few language adjustments I can make in the Rise course. Any suggestions?
I'm definitely not an expert on this. However, I have seen similar issues in the past. Those were related to the chosen font not including the special characters for a given language. So try changing fonts to see if that helps. (If not, perhaps someone else will have a better suggestion.)

What is the CAT tool that your are referring to?
