I mistakenly deleted lessons from the wrong course. I have read that it is not possible to retrieve deleted lessons, only delete courses: is this still true ?
A few moments before deleting the lessons I had exported the entire course as a SCORM file. Is it possible to import the SCORM file and retrieve my lost lessons ?
Your understanding is correct: it is not possible to retrieve deleted lessons.
It is also not possible to import a SCORM file into Rise and turn it into an editable course.
What you could do, is to unzip the SCORM and run the course. Then copy and paste the text and images from the SCORM course and manually re-create the deleted Lessons.
