My old personal account is now defunct. Is there a way for me to link my old personal account to my new organizational account so I can transfer my Rise courses and not lose all my old work?
You can add your personal account to a seat in your organization's team account. Once you've done that, you can access the courses you created using your personal account and transfer them to your work account. I hope this helps!
Similarly, I had two students working on free two month courses and shared their course with me. When I bought Articulate, their free course kicked them out. I now have access to their course but only to edit. In the top right hand corner, I want the buttons to come up, Settings, share, review export, as I need a link for a student viewer. Help!

Sadly, when I bought the membership for my clerkship, the students working with me were instantly stopped on their projects and have not been able to work with me. I am continuing to work on their projects and I need to be made the modulator on them? The project students were:

A Rise course can have only one owner.
You say "were". Does that mean that the course owner is no longer with your organization?
I recommend you visit the forum and remove the names and your personal contact information.
