Long Loading Issue

Hello Team,

Hope all of you are doing well. Recently I'm facing severe loading issues on my Rise 360 account. It has gotten to the point that I can't even open a file for hours on end. Sometimes it shows the loading screen other times it says website unresponsive. It has hampered my work many times.

Hi Digital Design! So sorry to hear that you're experiencing loading issues with Rise.

Here are some things for you to try:

  • Please make sure that your browser is updated. Once updated, restart your browser and try accessing it again.
  • If that does not work, please try the other supported browsers and check if you are still getting the issue. This will check if the issue is browser-specific.
  • You can also try to access Rise in Incognito or InPrivate window (Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n) Sometimes plugins cause odd behavior, Do you still get the same issue when in Incognito?
  • Kindly try clearing your cache to see if it will resolve the issue.
