Whenever I place videos into the introduction or summary steps of my process block, it comes out tiny. This does not happen if I put the same video in a different step. See screen shot.
I did this a couple months ago in the Introduction step of a process block and it worked fine. I tested with that same video today and it becomes tiny.
Thanks for pointing this out! I was able to reproduce this issue on my end as well, so I've reported it to our development team. I'll let you know when I have an update here. I'm glad you were able to find a workaround in the meantime.
Hi Erica! I’m happy to let you know that we released an update to Rise 360 today. We fixed the issue where video without text was appearing small in the Intro tab of a Process block.
The new version of Rise 360 is live now; simply export your course again and upload the new version to your learning management system or web server. Enjoy!

I was able to resolve this issue by adding text to the steps in addition to the media
