I have a Rise course that includes several file attachments for people to download. When I publish Rise for the web and upload to various servers in my organization, users get an error when the click on the file attachments that says, "Couldn't download - No file". We've tried numerous browsers, cleared the cache, republished, and had our IT team take a look and they don't see any server or security issues. When I publish that same Rise course for LMS and upload to my organization's LMS, users can download those files without any issues. Is there some reason Rise doesn't allow users to download files from the Web?
