Has there been any talk of adding multiple passwords to a single training. I currently have to make multiple copies as I have multiple customers using the same training... It would be great and save tons of storage if you could add multiple passwords to access the material. If one customer stopped paying for access I could just change one of the passwords to limit them... Not sure how difficult it would be but would help me from making multiple trainings of the same content...
I have a few folks that don't have an LMS so just allowing them to access it through the share is the easiest way to give them access... I was hoping to have multiple passwords so I can limit or rapidly change who has access... This is much quicker than going through the scorm process...
It seems this would be an easy function to add... I can see it giving problems to an LMS but if you are not going through an LMS this should be an easy function to add so the training would play... using any of the allowed passwords..
Yes I have 4 people that need access to same info without LMS so easiest
way was to share with password... but I had to duplicate the training 4
times... would be amazing if I could have 4 or more allowable entry codes...

The Rise share link is not intended to be shared in this way I believe the EULA states this.
You would need to raise a feature request, have you had a look at Rise.com?
