I have a question regarding the training I've created in Rise 360. Is there a limited number of people that can access the platform simultaneous? The training is an open one, and multiple people can access it in the same time. I need to know if there is a limit set-up in the system.

That is a question you should ask your LMS vendor.
They will be able to tell you what their sever capacity is.
