My audience in Africa cannot view sections of my Rise module when I share May 17, 2021 By Department of Family & Community Medicine Hey everyone, When I share my module with teams in Africa they can't view sections. "Section 2" just disappears for them. Any thoughts? Has anyone experienced this? The section Module 2 appears and the learning objectives lesson appears, but then 15 lessons below disappear. Here are a few things you can check: Be sure your audience is using a supported web browser to view the Rise 360 content. Check that the headings in the sidebar menu are expanded so that the lessons under the headings can be seen. If the course is hosted on a web server or LMS, try sending the Rise Share link to see if that makes a difference. Please keep us posted on what you find out!
