Hello, my videos and audio have always played immediately, now they are suddenly very slow to load and play. I have tried on multiple devices, with and without wifi. The problem persists. How can this be fixed?

Where are your video and audio files stored?
Are they embedded in the Rise course itself, or are they being accessed externally, e.g. from VIMEO?
YouTube videos embedded in my course have stopped working entirely.
