The Rise content I've created contains several embedded Storyline modules (modules have both, voice-over and closed captions). While this works great using Chrome, neither the voice-over nor the CC function on IE. Is this normal? We do strongly recommend using Chrome, but IE is still available on their workstations...
Hi Lyor! I'm sorry to hear the voice-over and closed captions are not working in your courses. Does this happen only in the Storyline blocks of your Rise courses? Do you see the same issue when your Storyline courses are published outside of Rise? We'd like to take a closer look at this issue. Would you mind uploading your course here so we can troubleshoot?
