Hi Ashley,

We use WBT manager for our LMS and I exported it as Scorm 1.2

I have not tested it at the SCORM Cloud, I’ll take a look and let you know what I find. If you have any suggestions that would be helpful. Please let me know.

That certainly does help Hue and unfortunately it means the issue may lie within your LMS and not the course. Have you followed up with your LMS team to understand if there are limits for IE11?

Hi Helen,

Thanks for popping in to share how you worked through this. Are you using Rise? If so, how were you publishing previously?

Rise publishes HTML5-only courses that work in most modern browsers. See this article for a list of supported browsers. Rise courses don't use Flash Player.

Hi Craig,

If your Rise content isn't launching in IE11, have you already checked the troubleshooting steps in this article?  

You could also test your course in another environment such as SCORM Cloud (don't worry - it's free up to 100mb!) and if the course launches there, you'll know you need to work with your LMS team for more help. If the course doesn't launch there in IE11, we'd want to take a look at your Rise export.
