Not able to export a course in Rise with multiple videos to thinkific Oct 20, 2022 By Dominique chenet Hello, I desperately need help I have created a new course with multiple videos and I cannot export it to Thinkific. Does anyone know what I should do? If I remove the video's then exporting is no problem! Thank you for any help
Karl Muller over 1 year ago10/20/22 at 2:21 pm (UTC) Hi Dominique, Every LMS has a maximum file size for SCORM Zip file imports. If you exceed that maximum, the LMS will not be able to import it. Videos are the major culprit in SCROM zip file bloat. That's why you can upload the SCORM without the videos, because the iile falls under the maximum size. Find out what the maximum file size for SCORM Zip file is for Thinkific and stay under that limit.

Every LMS has a maximum file size for SCORM Zip file imports.
If you exceed that maximum, the LMS will not be able to import it.
