Only if a user fails the quiz at the start of the module, they have to then complete the rest of the module

We are looking to have a quiz at the start of the module, if the user passes the quiz, then they can exit. If the user fails the quiz (after one attempt), they will have to then complete the all module.

Is this possible to do please?

If so how can we set this up?
