Organizing Courses

Is there a way to organize all lessons associated with a specific course into one folder? For example, on the "My Courses" page, I currently have individual lessons that will roll up into one course. Moving forward we will have many, many courses with many, many lessons. Having them all appear on the "My Courses" page randomly can be a headache.
