I am making some edits to a Rise course and would like to upload the new version to Paylocity but it seems I have to re-upload the package rather than replace with a new one. Does any one know how to replace the old version with a new one or do I need to just pull down the old course and upload the new course. Thank you!
While I don't have experience using the LMS features in Paylocity, that sounds like a great question for the Paylocity support team!
If you are able to overwrite an existing course in Paylocity, learners may run into a blank screen if you deleted a lesson from the original course.
If this happens, select More settings and click the Reset Learner Progress option when you export your course. Then, when learners launch the newly updated course in your LMS, their progress will be reset. Their quiz data will be retained.
